Meat quality does not correspond to the price - unfortunately standard sauces

Hotel very well placed for visiting Ulm. Modern decoration but with an undeniable authentic character which gives a warmth to this place. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Incredibly large family room with a gigantic bed. Breakfast was fine, choice a bit limited. But because of the great room and good price / quality ratio, 5 stars.

Good home-style cooking. Not more, but by no means a few. Operation was nice, seemed a bit overwhelmed, although it wasn't busy.

Swabian cuisine, depending on who cooks ?, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Would always want more in the first place. Still recommendable. Nice new renovation of the guest room

Overall, unfortunately, not satisfactory. Polite welcome both at check-in and check-out. The service in the breakfast room, on the other hand, was unfortunately not up to the expected standard of a hotel in this star category. When I switched from a reserved table to a free table without putting on my mouth and nose cover, I was loudly warned in a very impolite and almost aggressive tone by a service employee that I had to wear the mask. The sound makes the music here too. Of course, a hotel guest has to be informed of his misconduct with regard to corona protection regulations, but this should be done in an appropriate tone. Unfortunately this was not the case with the employee. When I tried to explain why this misunderstanding arose, the service staff reacted very stressed and by no means de-escalating, but ended the conversation with the words that she had to continue working now and that she had no time for such discussions. Furthermore, I have to find out which Corona regulations apply before I go to a hotel and I should learn these before I go to a hotel, so the words of the employees. Hence the employee's very unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, such an incident can spoil your mood in the morning, which means that you leave a good hotel with a very bad feeling. My complaint at the front desk was answered politely and apologetically.

Absolutely recommendable, inexpensive and very tasty. We were there on Tuesday evening. Particularly outstanding was the service staff, friendly, attentive, well organized and very quick.

The church bells throughout the night every half hour and on Sunday morning at 7 am continuous, was less pleasant. Rooms were large and well cared for. Bed pillows were not nice. Breakfast was fine too. Just a shame about those church bells.

Super nice and very courteous staff. The food is the finest. Huge terrace. Room very, very clean and nicely decorated. Any time.

Rooms very spacious for a family. Clean and tidy. No fan, so very very hot in the rooms. Ate at the hotel, poor service and understaffed. Food was good though!

Delicious down-to-earth dishes with a wonderful salad buffet! When there's a lot going on, sometimes the staff does not come after them, but they are all nice and friendly.

Good hotel but infested by mosquitoes and bed bugs ☹

(Restaurant) The food is good, the terrace with a small fountain is very appealing and invites you to linger. Points are deducted for the service and the responsible executive floor, because the young man was completely overwhelmed at least today and was responsible for outside and inside, to the suffering of all guests. Everyone can imagine what that means ^^ Illness absences should be controllable, otherwise it was very nice
